OVERVIEW

PRECISA, Inc. focuses on assisting start-up, small, and medium-sized for-profit and non-profit organizations. Although our experiences throughout the disability and aging communities offer critical understanding of key health care industry topics, our broad MBA-level knowledge, skills, abilities, technology, networks, and other resources allow us to be adept within nearly any industry and organization. We currently focus on organizational development, strategic planning, and marketing. Our organizational-partners may engage us to help them perform management analysis, facilitate operation and program improvement initiatives, and offer training and development opportunities; basically, to appropriately, adequately, and efficiently respond to the current social and business environment. We strive to accomplish these projects according to PRECISE Standards^SM:

Organizational Management Analysis -- ~~$80~~ $65 per hour
Marketing Management Analysis -- ~~$110~~ $90 per hour
Public Relations Management Analysis -- ~~$100~~ $80 per hour
Public Relations Support -- ~~$60~~ $50 per hour
Human Resources Management Analysis -- ~~$100~~ $85 per hour
Job, Compensation, and Benefits Analysis -- ~~$60~~ $50 per hour
Training and Development Management Analysis -- ~~$100~~ $85 per hour
Training and Development Support -- ~~$70~~ $60 per hour
Training and Development Delivery -- ~~$70~~ $60 per hour

NOTE: all rates can vary slightly between $60 and $130 per hour depending on the scope and complexity of each project. To increase accessibility and affordability, rates are negotiable down to as low as $35 per hour based on the organization and project; a variety of payment plans are available; plus, bartering and donated services may also be available. The rates shown above are special economic stimulus service rates, which are applicable beginning September 1, 2009 and only available for a limited time.
