SUMMARY: Assist determine and formulate policies providing the overall direction of organizations within the guidelines set up by a board of directors or similar governing body. Help plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate operational activities at the highest level of management with the help of subordinate executives and team managers. Utilize MBA-level tools to conduct external and internal analysis, including examining stakeholders, Porter's forces, interdependent market systems, PESTEL influences, the value chain, VRINE-certifiable competitive advantages, SWOT-TOWS, the strategy diamond, leadership, implementation levers, and feedback loops.
COMMON TASKS:
- Confer with board members, organization officials, and staff members to discuss issues, coordinate activities, and resolve problems.

COMMON TASKS:
